General Terms and Conditions

The International Society of Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology (hereafter named ISAPP) has commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organisation and execution of the 8TH CONGRESS OF ISAPP 2011. The registration for the conference and the confirmation thereof forms a contract between the conference attendee and the ISAPP regarding attendance at the conference. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.

Registration fees for the 8TH CONGRESS OF ISAPP 2011
Attendance at the congress is subject to a registration fee. Registration for the conference and booking of services are binding for the attendee. The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer.

Cancellation of Congress Attendance
In the event that the attendance at the congress and the Lunch Sessions is cancelled by 15 July 2011, the registration fee minus a processing fee of 25% will be refunded. The attendee will have the option to prove that the expenditure for processing is less than 25% of the registration fee. No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled at a later date. Please notify the conference office of your cancellation in writing.

Programme Changes
The ISAPP reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme at short notice. There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for cancelled papers or changes to the programme.

Loss of Name Badge
A fee of 50 EUR must be paid to acquire a new name badge in the event that the name badge, which entitles the holder to attend the congress, is lost or has been forgotten. If the attendee is later able to present the newly acquired and the original name badge, the fee of 50 EUR most recently paid will be refunded. However, a refund is only possible during the conference.

Hotel Reservation
Your reservation is binding on the hotel only if you guarantee it by providing your credit card details. Please pay your hotel costs directly upon departure. If you fail to honour a booking, the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed costs for the whole booked period to your credit card account if the hotel cannot resell the room. Please also note the general terms and conditions for hotel bookings: Upon CPO HANSER SERVICE confirming a reservation, a binding contract for the provision of hotel accommodation arises between the ordering party (the guest) and the hotel arranged by CPO HANSER SERVICE. Both parties are under the obligation to perform their duties under the contract regardless of the duration of the contract. If the hotel fails to provide the reserved room, it is liable to the guest for damages. The guest undertakes to pay the agreed price even if he or she fails to make use of the reserved room. In the event of cancellation by 1st July 2011 a handling charge of EUR 25 will become due. After this date the hotel will charge additional cancellation fees. Please address all communication concerning any modifications and cancellations to your reservation in writing to the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE.

Cancellation of conference attendance is possible at no additional cost if the abstract is rejected by the scientific committee. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded. If the author withdraws a contribution after its acceptance by the scientific committee, registration for the conference will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees.
